New Location!

ANNOUNCEMENT!! WE ARE MOVING!!
I’m delighted to announce that beginning in March 2015 the location for ALL Embracing the New Normal classes will be at Redmond Town Center within the new Fit For Mom space. This location is directly next door to Starbucks (very important!) and down the street from the musical play area. Exact start date is contingent on finishing the remodel of the space but I anticipate we will start meeting at the new location the first week of March.

October Book Club

Book Club meets this Thursday October 16 from 6:30-8:30pm at ENM in the lobby. We will be discussing the latest issue of Pathways magazine(the baby wearing issue). Please join us! Bring a snack to share and I’ll bring some wine. Babies who are not yet crawling are welcome!

September Book Club!

Are you coming to book group this week? We’re meeting Thursday evening from 6:30-8:30 at Eastside Natural Medicine. I’ve got a couple of TED talks that we will watch together and the discuss. Non mobile babies are welcome…bring a snack to share (I’ll bring some wine)…make a reservation here

4th of July Break and Picnic!

REMINDER- In observance of the July 4th holiday, classes are NOT meeting this week. Classes resume in our NEW LOCATION the week of July 7. New location for daytime classes = Be One Yoga 11220 NE 124th St Kirkland WA 98034. Evening and weekend classes continue to meet at Eastside Natural Medicine.

Hope to see everyone at the FAMILY PICNIC Monday June 30 5pm-dusk at Blythe Park in Bothell. Bring the whole family! If your last name begins with A-K bring a salad or side dish to pass, L-Z bring fruit or desert. I’ll have a grill going if you care to cook something and I’ll bring condiments. You might want to bring chairs or a blanket to sit on as well.

Fall Session of Working Parents Group is now Open

Are you, or someone you know, headed back to work after having or adopting a baby?? Our Embracing Work and Parenting class is specifically tailored for those families endeavoring to balance work outside the home and parenting in the first year after the addition of a baby. Classes meet on Sunday afternoons twice a month. The schedule for fall and registration information can be found here
